Formulaire de consultation des acteurs de la diaspora – PROJET TADY
Le Projet TADY, soutenu par un accord tripartite entre l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD), l’Expertise France (EF) et le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères (MAE), vise à appuyer la mise en œuvre d’une partie du plan d’action de la Lettre de Politique Nationale d’Engagement de la Diaspora malagasy (LPNED).
Doté d'un budget de 7 000 000 EUR et s'étendant sur une durée de 4 ans, son objectif général est de créer les conditions favorables à la mobilisation de la diaspora pour le développement socio-économique de Madagascar.
L'objectif est de valoriser la contribution de la diaspora dans la mise en œuvre des projets de développement local, favoriser leur mobilisation et leur l’investissement productif et collectif et de promouvoir des liens entre la diaspora et les organisations locales à Madagascar.
En d’autres termes, les membres de la diaspora exprimant une initiative de développement seront appuyés par TADY sous différentes formes : renforcement de compétences, accompagnement dans la mise en œuvre du projet, appui financier.

Consultation Form for Diaspora Actors – TADY PROJECT
The TADY Project is funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) and carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) of Madagascar with technical assistance from Expertise France (EF).
With a budget of EUR 7,000,000 and a duration of 4 years, the general objective of the project TADY is to create favorable conditions for mobilizing the diaspora for the socio-economic development of Madagascar.
The objectives include valuing the diasporas’ contribution to local development projects, encouraging their involvement, and supporting their investment efforts. Additionally, the aim is to strengthen connections between the diaspora and local organizations in Madagascar.
In other words, diaspora members with development initiatives will be supported by TADY in various forms: skills enhancement, project implementation assistance, and financial aid.
